In the fall of 2007, ICCS initiated “Building on Tradition” and announced the goal of raising $3.5 million. The capital campaign is a parish project endorsed by Bishop Glen John Provost and Monsignor Jace Eskind, and embraced by our Cathedral community.  Reaching our goal will enable us to construct an additional building on the same land where St. Charles Academy once stood.  The addition will house four classrooms, student restrooms, a state of the art library equipped with a technology center, a chapel and additional rooms for fine arts, as well as for students with special needs. 

 The Building On Tradition committee made up of ICCS parents enjoyed tremendous early success in obtaining leadership gifts. To date, donations and pledges raised equal $2,000,000 with more than half of that amount already collected. We were given approval by the Parish Finance Committee to begin the final design phase. As we enter the 2009-2010 school year, our last phase of the campaign, we are asking you to become actively involved. We need the support of our current families through donations and pledges, no matter how big or how small. Our goal is to complete the fundraising stage of the campaign and start construction during this school year. The time is now!
