THE CATHEDRAL SCHOOL
Rich in values and tradition, ICCS has been providing excellence in Catholic education for more than 125 years. The Cathedral school currently enrolls 436 highly motivated students,
Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade with a quality faculty of 32 certified teachers. ICCS's reputation for academic excellence is supported by its state of the art technology and enrichment programs. We maintain a 29 station Apple Imac computer lab for classroom instruction and assessments. Every classroom also has computers with internet access, a digital projector and a document camera. Students also have daily access to an interactive white board. Two sets of 24 Ipods Touches used
to enhance daily instructional activites are shared by
Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classrooms.
ICCS offers six enrichments classes: Computer, Spanish, Music, Art, Library, and Physical Education. Special enrichment classes offered in the middle school include Hand Bells, Guitar, Drama, Country and Western Dancing, Book Club and CSI: Science Investigations. ICCS faith and spirituality are infused into our daily lives; not only in religion class, but also through the various liturgical celebrations, class retreats and school-wide projects.
It is through our day-to-day acknowledgment of our many blessings that we live our out mission of...
"Strengthening Spirits, Minds, and Bodies Through the Teachings of Jesus Christ!"
