WE VALUE EDUCATION
We believe in the value of an Immaculate Conception Cathedral School education and are committed to make ICCS an accessible option to everyone. No family pays 100% of the cost to educate a child. Through the generous support of donors, fundraising events, ICCS Trust Fund, and other initiatives, the cost of tuition has already been supplemented for every student.

Subsidy Form
If you belong to a Catholic Church Parish that subsidizes school tuition, a form may be submitted to receive a discounted tuition rate. Tuition discounts are determined by your parish Pastor. Please download the following form and submit to your parish Pastor for approval. Click HERE for the 2024-2025 Subsidy form.

It is the parents' and/or guardian's responsibility to apply/re-apply for scholarships or grants, explore scholarship or grant opportunities, or adhere to respective release dates and deadlines.

- Arete will notify families in May and June on the status of their application.
LA Gator (formerly LA Scholarship): Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, the LA GATOR Scholarship Program will replace the Louisiana Scholarship Program (LSP). LSP students will receive priority access to LA GATOR, but must submit an application when the portal opens on March 1. To ensure a smooth transition, the LDOE will provide additional resources for LSP families, including a dedicated webinar and application guidance materials.
The LDOE has partnered with Odyssey to manage the program’s application process and marketplace. Odyssey will provide families, schools, and service providers with assistance on applications, account management, and navigating the marketplace once it launches on March 1.
The Louisiana Scholarship Program will continue to be administered through the end of the 2024-2025 school year. The Louisiana Scholarship Program will sunset on June 30, 2025 and all Louisiana Scholarship Program students and nonpublic schools will receive priority access to the LA GATOR Scholarship Program. The Louisiana Department of Education will contact current Louisiana Scholarship Program families on next steps for the 2025-2026 school year.
FAQ sheet provided by the LDOE can be found HERE.

Folds of Honor Scholarship: Guidelines can be found HERE. The 2025-2026 applications are open now through March 31, 2025. These scholarships are available to spouses and children of fallen or disabled military and/or first responders.

This fund provides money to each Catholic school in the Diocese of Lake Charles. Families must complete an application every year and remit to Deisha Norwood at dnorwood@iccsweb.com.
