WE VALUE EDUCATION

We believe in the value of an Immaculate Conception Cathedral School education and are committed to make ICCS an accessible option to everyone. No family pays 100% of the cost to educate a child. Through the generous support of donors, fundraising events, ICCS Trust Fund, and other initiatives, the cost of tuition has already been supplemented for every student.

Annual Registration fee: $300.00 per new student(s).

Class Fee:

The annual class fee includes pre-packaged school supplies, classroom and enrichment fees, and class project/party fees. 

Pre-Kindergarten: $130.00

Kindergarten: $120.00

1st Grade: $100.00

2nd Grade: $115.00

3rd Grade: $100.00

4th-7th Grades: $125.00

8th Grade: $165.00

Technology Fee:

Includes all digital curriculum licenses, as well as maintenance on all student devices.

Kindergarten-2nd Grade: $100.00

3rd-5th Grades: $125.00

6th-8th Grades: $150.00

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

It is our goal to make Immaculate Conception Cathedral School an accessible option to every applicant. Below is some helpful information on funding and tuition assistance available to our ICCS families.

Subsidy Form

If you belong to a Catholic Church Parish that subsidizes school tuition, a form may be submitted to receive a discounted tuition rate. Tuition discounts are determined by your parish Pastor. Please download the following form and submit to your parish Pastor for approval. Click HERE for the 2024-2025 Subsidy form.

NOTE: A parishioner verification form is not necessary for existing Cathedral parishioners.

Bishop's Scholarship Fund

Funds, granted through the Diocese of Lake Charles - Office of Catholic Schools, provides aid to each Catholic school in the Diocese of Lake Charles. Families must complete an application every year and remit to Deisha Norwood at dnorwood@iccsweb.com. The 2025-2026 Bishop's Scholarship Application will be released in February 2025.

ACE Scholarship Fund

The Louisiana Tuition Donation Credit Program allows qualified Louisiana children to receive scholarship to qualified K-12 private schools, allowing parents to choose the school that will best prepare their children for college, careers, and for life. Families must meet specific qualifications in order to be considered for this program. Applications must be renewed every year and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Arete Scholarship Fund

Arete Scholars is helping to break the barriers to academic and personal achievement by expanding access to high-quality educational opportunities. These scholarships are provided on a first-applied, first-awarded basis as funds are available, with priority given to current Arete, TDC, and Louisiana State Scholarship recipients.
