What is FACTS?

Immaculate Conception Cathedral School has partnered with FACTS Management for an enterprise-wide experience that is comprehensive for our school and your family. We deploy two separate FACTS software applications – FACTS Family Portal and FACTS Financial.

FACTS is a secure third party online program that processes tuition payments, keeps up-to-date student information, allows for effective communication between families and any faculty or staff member of ICCS. 

How FACTS Works

FACTS Financial

FACTS Financial is a secure third party online program that processes tuition payments and all incidental billing. By this point, current families may have already completed their setup for their tuition. However, new families, upon offer of admissions and enrollment will be required to complete an enrollment packet. During this process, families will be asked to create an account and setup a tuition plan and select their form of payment.

FACTS Family Portal

FACTS Family Portal is a one-stop shop for admissions, enrollment, re-enrollment, gradebook, homework, announcements, etc. This site allows parents to keep up-to-date information on your family, monitor student progress, and allows for effective communication between you and any faculty or staff member of ICCS. Students use this software to access homework and monitor their grades.
